WHAT HAPPENED?
Santiago Giménez’s future at AC Milan remains uncertain after club sporting director Igli Tare said Friday that the Rossoneri are exploring a potential swap deal with AS Roma involving Ukrainian striker Artem Dovbyk.
“We are evaluating an exchange between Dovbyk and Santi Giménez," Tare told Italian media. "If it’s possible, we’ll make the deal. If not, we stick with the current squad."

The Mexican forward featured in Milan’s 2-0 win over Lecce on Friday, starting up front and logging 87 minutes without finding the net. For now, he remains the only natural center forward available to head coach Massimiliano Allegri, who has spoken highly of him since his arrival.
